Lemon Quash

Ingredients (Translation)

1 cup Lemon juice
4 cups Sugar
½ tsp Salt

Add little water to the sugar and micro high for 4 minutes. Mix well and ensure that the sugar is completely dissolved and it forms a sticky liquid.

Let it cool well. Add the lemon juice and salt. Refrigerate.

Mix around 4 tsps of the syrup with water for one glass of lemon juice.
