Ingredients (Translation)
1 cup Beaten rice (aval)
2 Green chillies
Salt to taste
2 tsp of oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp bengalgram dal
1/2 tsp blackgram dal
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
coriander leaves for garnishing
Wash the beaten rice and drain out the water. Leave it closed for ten minutes. It will become nice soft.
In a microwave safe bowl, add the oil, mustard seeds, bengalgram dal, blackgram dal and micro high for 30 seconds. Now add turmeric powder, green chillies and micro high for another 15 seconds.
Finally add the beaten rice, salt, lemon juice, mix well and micro high for 30 seconds.
Mix well and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.

heartfelt thanks from a hungry husband whose wife was away with cylinder running out , i was left with none other option than lemon poha which i MW'd in ten minutes and totally recommend this version far far ahead than traditional stove .
