Wonder if you know about the bad health effects of taking microwaved food in the long run...
Nice recipe too. Shall try it... on the stove :)
Thanks Srivalli, Sukanya, Soumya, Hetal and LG for your views
@ Priyanka...I am very much aware of the health effects of microwaved food in the long run....For me, microwave cooking comes to the rescue when I am in a hurry or when my stove is busy or I need to cook something with less fat and spices...it is occassional cooking in MW...Thanks for the concern
Love corn and love ur recipe simple, easy!!, and tasty
That's good... my excuse is that the title 100% MW cooking threw me off :D
But seriously.. lots of people in India don't know about it. Being a scientist myself I get to learn about a lot of inventions of science that are creating more problems than solving.
I bet the lemon juice gives it that little kick that makes it really delicious.
This is such a wonderful, simple and healthy dish. Thanks!
Love buttered corn.....a little bit of red chilli powder sprinkled on top is how i make it....
This is one quickie!
nice entry, my kids love corn too...
And u hava a award waiting for u in my blog.., do check..
Kasuri methi in corn must be giving it one unique taste. Good idea!
Yes, definitely leave out the microwave, as eating microwaved food has a very toxic effect on one's blood and immune system. I will make time for my meals rather than sacrifice health for the sake of convenience and would far rather go without eating than to eat anything microwaved.
But on the stove, this would be a most delicious recipe indeed.
