Must try this...love microwave recipes
Hello owner of this blog,
I am glad that you are running a blog for the people with MW ovens. But please do post a disclaimer warning saying MICROWAVE COOKING SPOILS FOOD VITALITY.
The reason is simple: microwave is a electromagnetic wave with certain wavelength. What the oven does is propagate timmense energy with these microwaves which vibrate the particles ranging from 1mm to micro. In the solid lattice as particles are fixed rub against each other rapidly. As studied in school, this vibration generates the heat. Please pay attention to this minute detail. A particle under friction does deteriorate with no doubt and as a result the intelligent relation between the food and the human body's decoding of the nutrients gets hindered. The bottom line is noral cooking on fire is better, then electric cook plates, but MW cooking is hazardous. There is a mammoth difference between convetional cooking and MW cooking. In convectional heating food is transoformed by subjecting it to heating that comes from outside of the food thus the food is transformed into food but in a different availability mode. But MW does bring is new configurations (by breaking certain required configs), thus will tranform the very block structure and as a by product of this will cook the food.
If you dont believe do self study on what is the wavelenght of a MW, how energy is transmitted, how food gets heated with microwaves, finally understand what the cooking process is. You will know more risks than I discovered in my reasoning.
Thanks
